2026 Endless Summer Sailfish Tournament

The Stuart Sailfish Club is introducing the Endless Summer Sailfish Tournament for 2026 — a new format that replaces the traditional Summer Sailfish Tournament. The tournament runs June 1 through August 31, with teams declaring their own fishing days within that three-month window.
How It Works
The tournament runs June 1 through August 31, 2026. Rather than fishing a set schedule, each team declares its own fishing days within that window. You pick the conditions, the crew, and the dates that work for your boat. Sailfish releases are scored on points, and standings update across the entire three-month period.
It's the same competitive fishing the Summer Sailfish Tournament has always been about with more room to fish smart.
Entry
Existing Member Entry — $500 Oen to current SSC members. All teams must be registered and paid in full prior to participating.
New Member Entry — $600 Includes a new family membership at a discounted rate, plus full tournament entry. A good option if you've been thinking about joining the Club.
Optional Calcuttas
Four optional calcuttas are available at registration.
- High Boat Monthly — $250. Winner-take-all by month. One-third of the pot is awarded to the High Boat for June, July, and August respectively, based on highest sailfish release points within each calendar month.
- Top Overall Boat — $500. Winner-take-all. Awarded to the boat with the highest total sailfish release points across all declared fishing days.
- Mega-Bite — $1,000. Awarded to the boat with the most sailfish release points during the tournament period. Payout split 50/30/20.
- Whiticar Jackpot — $200. Top Captain Overall by most sailfish release points.

Why the New Format
The traditional Summer Sailfish Tournament has been a Club staple for years. The Endless Summer format keeps the competition and the community intact while giving teams more opportunity. Three months of eligibility, the ability to fish the days that work for your schedule and the weather, and monthly High Boat payouts that keep the leaderboard interesting from June through August.
If you fished the summer tournament before, this is the next chapter. If you haven't, this is a good year to start.
